Choose for the content
Make small text and key details easy to see.
For presentations, the screen must be large enough for people at the back of the room to read charts, tables and slide text. Video and bold graphics may remain effective at greater distances than dense spreadsheets or detailed plans.
Share your audience size, seating layout, room dimensions and the type of content you will display. We can discuss whether a 65-inch, 75-inch, 85-inch, 90-inch or 98-inch screen is appropriate, or whether LED or projection would suit the brief better.
- Confirm the viewing distance and sightlines.
- Check the source device and output connection, usually HDMI.
- Consider ambient light and whether the screen can be positioned securely.
- Allow for delivery access, stand footprint, power and cable routing.
